Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return request or contact our sleep experts via email within the trial period.

  Verification & Approval

  Our team will review your request and photos of the product to ensure it meets our quality standards for returns, typically responding within 24-48 hours.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a free doorstep pickup at a time that is convenient for you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
